Baskin-robbins - Coconut Creek

The ice cream cake was excellent! However, the girl at the counter was unhelpful and refused to write "Happy Birthday" on the cake, which was quite rude. I've purchased cakes from Baskin-Robbins before, but next time, I'll make the extra drive to a more polite location.

The employees were extremely friendly, and the venue was clean. The ice cream was served at the perfect temperature—not too soft like I've encountered at other places. However, I was disappointed that they didn't have any toppings, such as fudge or strawberries. Additionally, the peanuts didn’t taste very fresh.

Since when does closing at 10:00 actually mean closing at 9:40? We returned the next day and waited 25 minutes for a cone and a shake, despite there being no other customers in the store! The ice cream cartons were left open, likely for the employees' convenience, and there was frost forming on them. To top it off, there was no toilet paper anywhere in the store. In short, it was clear that there was a complete lack of management!

I don't know really where to start. There have been many sub-par experiences from this location. I have also called the management a couple of times to no avail. No need to worry at this point I won't visit your location ever again. When a customer wants a shake a little thicker please either put less milk or add more ice cream. Adding ice makes it taste watery then when a customer calls and leaves a message maybe call them back.
