Chick-fil-a - Coconut Creek

I am a more satisfied and loyal customer. I would like to make an appeal, however, because they should consider their employees working outside the heat. would they please consider that they wear khaki pants or shorts in this florida heat.

The first time at this place and the last. not working on the ball. cutting around on the car doesn't help people in-line. When I was on the way, I threw and got my food and didn't let them steal me to drink or give a fork for my food. I had to eat my hand, which was creepy. no serviettes to wipe my creepy hands.

Each time I visit this Chic-fil-A, I order large fries and. The problem is, I’m given 3/4 of the amount of fries the container can hold. I told the employee helping me, and he suggested I order more french fries. I explained when I pay for a large french fry, I expect a large and not a fraction. He reluctantly resolved my complaint by adding FF to the large container.

This has to be the worst Chick Fil A around. I have given them so many opportunities and last night was my final visit. I live literally across the street from this location and whenever I get home, the food is cold and the fries are very soggy, I literally have to reheat them in my toaster oven. They do not get the orders correct and they are not apologetic about it. I have asked them a few times if they could make my fries well done and they refuse. Ok, so they don't want to make special orders, I get it, but they should atleast be able to deliver hot food. I am over this place and last night we had undercooked chicken and my daughter woke up through the night vomiting for hours. This is it, this Chick Fil A has seen the last of me.

My daughter ordered through doordash a 12ct nugget meal with a large lemonade that was indicated on the Chick-fa-la bags as well but when I received the order I got a 4pc chicken biscuit meal. Now how was it replaced if the bag is sealed and the order is on the sticker. I contacted Chick-fa-la and the manager stated that there was nothing that they can do. How is that when they filled the order, placed in the bag, sealed it?
