The place opens early, yes, but at my visit it opened 10 minutes too late. no excuse if you think it's 40 degrees outside. I ordered a hot sand that and her toaster was broken. I understand. However, the woman tried to give me a refund that I had to show her how to do on her POS system. their answer was, oh. Now they have changed our system, so I don't know. I don't understand why they change everything. toaster is repaired, I think while I'm on my laptop and they don't even ask if I like to reorder. a friend or a father comes in. immediately greeted. I don't make a scene. I'm just reordering. the father of the tribe who came in there says, a young one I think is eating. they didn't even tell me it was done. a stranger during the covid brought me my food! thank you, buddy. will not come back to this place.
This is my go-to Dunkin. The staff are the same (huge bonus as they work as a team), they do things quickly, get it right and keep the quality where it should be. If you?re looking for a ?good? Dunkin, visit this one.
Love Dunkin except this location is lacking consistent customer service. 2 times in a week I asked for curbside. My coffee was sitting inside as a pick up...with the label clearly stating it was a curbside order.
So this morning ordered a hot chocolate, paid for it, waited for my order. Notices the server wearing her mask below her nose. There is a sign on the outside of the entrance stating customers must wear masks. Guess that doesn't apply to employees!
