Dunkin' - Coconut Creek

A mess of a place. Handing dirty spilled cups inside a clean cup just because they spilled the coffee and then gives you a 3/4 of a medium coffee. They are not organized at all! Two people that came and ordered after me left the store before me and I just ordered a coffee.

I work right next to this location, therefore I appreciate them so much for building in a space where they prioritize the community. Because honestly, the location is not the most ideal because it’s secluded. With that said, the morning Team is phenomenal. They are filled with compliments and work very hard. I feel the Southern hospitality whenever with that team. I usually get the “Frozen Chocolate” they are very good. Orders are always correct, and they work very well with our business for large orders. But honestly, at this point I’m just coming for the morning hospitality that they offer.

The worst location I did drive thru and do not have anything the black lady was very rude. I bought the most discussing ice coffee I ever have. Close the store or put people who wants to work.

I normally do not post negative reviews about places on Google maps, but I was too disappointed with my service at this Dunkin Donut location that I feel obligated to express myself here hoping this will bring some improvement. I chose to order here because it’s the closest to my school and very convenient. But, I was beyond disappointed when I placed my order at the drive through without being told my total price ahead, then came to my surprise I was overcharged once I pulled to the second window to pay. I politely asked the big dark skinned man who was serving me at the window why the price was higher than normal. He literally was screaming and overreacting in an unprofessional manner trying explain me why he unfairly charged me. As the situation was starting to make me uncomfortable, I simply said “ I just wanted to know why the price was higher “, and said “ok bye “ and drove away. When I opened my bag a few seconds later, came to find out that my sandwich was burnt and my latte had a weird taste because it was too concentrated and not stirred well enough. Needless to say that,the price I spent there for the unpleasant meal could offer me a healthier option at a fancier place for a satisfying breakfast. Plus, it was not the first time they burn my food there. It surely they last time I visit this place, not only for the unprofessional staff and unfair charges.

The time at the door that this position closes at 6:00. Staff are inside and aslo hang outside the woth head phone. No to recognized customers, this location will soon be closed.
