Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Coconut Creek

Love this place. It's actually right across the street, but I would go here regardless of location. Never busy, can order online and it's ready fast, and the staff is always friendly. However, the store seems very slow, as no one is ever there when I go. The staff seems like they are bored. They jump right up to help.I love the food. To be honest, it's expensive to get a sandwich and a smoothie. Went with my girlfriend two sandwich/smoothie meals was $40.

Consistently accurate and well-made orders over the 2+ years I've been coming here. Finally took the time to rate it today though because service was particularly exceptional. Young lady there was extremely helpful when my mother went in to pick up an order I had placed (I screwed up and hadn't placed it at the correct location). Staff member immediately offered to reach out to correct my mistake and even brought our order to the car when it was completed so my mother didn't have to wait in the store or walk back in. Thank you for brightening both of our days!

I'll take a smoothie without the piece of PLASTIC! Staff (girls) had terrible attitudes. Not a welcoming vibe. Found a large piece of styrofoam after finishing my smoothie. My first and LAST time visiting a Tropical Smoothie for mediocre beverages.

I was here the other day. The boy taking my order was so busy on the phone, cursing in front of me and my child and made my smoothie poorly. Will NOT be coming back.
