We spent a while wandering the streets for the perfect taco, and we definitely chose the right place. We ate at one of several picnic tables in the shade. I chose to the enchilada filling — a slice of beef marinated in a red spice blend and grilled to order — which came with optional nopales (cactus), plus the sour cream, salsa, and fresh lime at our table.
