Mampizza Lieferservice - Coelbe

Very long delivery times, had to wait more than 2 hours after confirmation of my order. Not recommended.

I ordered a long time ago and was waiting for my food a whole day so they can say that they are sorry and will give me back the money which i never got till this day.

Ordered at 19:30 for 20:30. The delivery actually came at 21 o'clock. The pizza was burned. Did contact by phone and I was seriously told by one of the employees that he saw the burnt pizza. Because it was just the edges, he thought it was okay. Anyway, he wanted to give me a voucher for the next order. I insisted on a post-release. This was told to me, however, there was nothing left that night. The money has not been reimbursed so far. Edit: The following day the problem could be solved. Ordered at 7:30pm for 8:30pm. The delivery actually came at 9 p.m. The pizza was burned. Contacted by phone and was told seriously by one of the employees that he saw the burnt pizza. Since it was only the edges he thought it was fine. Anyway, he then wanted to give me a voucher for the next order. I insisted on a replacement. This was promised to me, but nothing came that evening. So far the money has not been refunded. edit: The problem was solved the next day.

Also nach all den eher schlechten Rezensionen hier muss ich jetzt mal schreiben, dass wir öfter bei Mum Pizza bestellen und nahezu immer zufrieden sind. So auch heute... Wir haben für 18.30 Uhr bestellt... Gut, dass klappt je nach dem wieviele Leute auf einmal bestellen nicht immer... Aber heute ganz pünktlich und wie immer Wunschpizza mit 4 Belegen und einem kleinem Beilagensalt für 6,90 Euro... Also wer da noch meckert muss die Pizza selber machen! Well, after all the rather bad reviews here, I have to write that we order pizza from Mum more often and are almost always satisfied. Same today... We ordered for 6:30 p.m.... Well, that doesn't always work out, depending on how many people order at once... But today, right on time and as always, a pizza of your choice with 4 toppings and a small side salad for 6, 90 euros... So if you still complain, you have to make the pizza yourself!

Now I'm very disappointed by MamPizza and if I order something next time! But this time Neja 0 to -1 stars and personally I will not recommend!
