Contribuisci feedbackThis location definitely needs some work at the Management level. While the pizza was very good and the waitress (Elise attentive and polite, there were things that were sub par. Rolls were not available initially (something about a broken machine? they later appeared shortly before our pizza was brought out. No beer was available on tap and later when bathroom was required, we were told that it was unavailable due to lack of lighting. Overall really gave the impression of lack of management oversight to keep restaurant in desirable condition for customers.
They don't take reservations. They sent us a confirmation, we drove all the way there, and were then told that they don't take reservations and there was an hour wait. So, we left.
The host was rude. I was greeted with a quote of “what do you want “. The two people in front of me picking up food had major issues. At that point I decided to go elsewhere to feed my family
At first we were unsure since we did not realize the restaurant was in a mall and we were celebrating a graduation. BUT. Erin went ABOVE AND BEYOND for us. I would describe the food as boujee Olive Garden; but the waitress and service made it seem like a 5 star experience. Baked pastas were amazing! Chicken in the chicken parm CUT WITH A FORK ?
We go often but tonight was not good. They state they don't use OpenTable any longer. Rolls were actually cold and looked used. Food was 55 minutes from order to table. Our sons chocolate milk has so much chocolate it was gross. Bad night here.
