The daytime bartender seems overwhelmed, almost to the point of neglecting customers. She's often busy with cleaning and chatting with other staff, and she isn’t very responsive when customers ask about the menu or beer selections—unless it’s something that benefits her. However, the rest of the staff was fantastic and friendly. It might be a good idea to address this issue by either providing her with customer service training or considering a change in her role. She could definitely use some improvement in her communication skills.
