Santoro's Pizza - Coffee County

I had my first pizza there and it was the best I ever had. I have been once already and will go again. Highly recommend.

Just ordered a pizza. After I placed my order, I gave my phone number and credit card number before I was rushed off the phone by someone who seemed like he couldn 't wait to get off work. An hour later, no pizza. I called back; they said that my credit card didn 't go through. Why didn 't they call? The phone number I gave was wrong. I asked them to repeat both numbers, and found that both of them were wrong. The person just wrote down the wrong numbers. Both of them. Now, mistakes happen. Hell, I make mistakes all the time. However, when I asked to speak with the manager, rather than apologize for the inconvenience, he treated me like an idiot, thinking that I must have just given him the wrong number. ;If you give use the correct information, we 'll can re-do your order ;. What a bunch of . I 'm never doing business with them again.

Santoro's has fantastic pizza, and fantastic food overall! The people that work there are super nice and they offer good deals! I love Santoro's!

The pizza is excellent and the prices aren't bad. However, the service was terrible. We called in the order and had to wait on hold forever, then were spoken to rudely when finally getting the chance to place our order. Then of course it wasn't even ready when we showed up to pick it up, in fact they hadn't even started it yet. And there was barely even any customers there when we showed up to pick it up.

I've been dining here for years, and the food is consistently excellent. You get generous portions for a reasonable price. The credit card receipts display only the last four digits, just as they should. I would eat here all the time! Who cares if there's a high school student answering the phone? The food is fantastic!
