I got raw chicken then I called to tell them I wasn’t mad didn’t ask for a refund they were very nice told me they would send me gift cards and never did I had been a customer for years needless to say I will never go back

Have been here many times in the past, but service this time sucked. Food was good as usual but when our server Carol bypassed us about 15 times get everything they want without even checking on us one time. It was actually comical the way she wouldn't even look our way as she is rushing to refill their drinks and chips. Probably won't be back. Sad

At the beginning of covid, things were rocky. Lots of missing items at curbside pickup...wrong options...etc. They made good on a big screw up and the last few times we've gone, orders have been quick and correct. Glad they've worked out a lot of the problems, just wish they were open earlier on weekdays for lunch.

Our favorite date night destination. The staff is amazing and we are always warmly greeted and promptly served.

Just had dinner at Shortys. Great meal/‘and Jack gave us awesome service!!! Thank you!
