The Quill - Coffee County

The Quill, an exceptional student-run restaurant, is no longer in existence. SNHU deleted their Hospitality program from their curricula a few years ago. It is sorely missed!

Great food and atmosphere. Culinary Student run. We do date nite here. They host themed 5 course dinners at a reasonable price. Students are enthusiastic and it makes us feel good to support them.

My wife and I along with friends eat at the quill several times per year and always enjoy the delicious food cooked and served by the hard working enthusiastic students of USNH.

I just returned home from another wonderful dinner with friends at The Quill Restaurant at SNHU. The restaurant is run by students in the culinary arts program and is a wonderful experience. There is only one seating per night so you are not rushed through your meal to make room for the next customer. The food is always excellent and the service is impeccable. Tonight's theme was Far East. We have also been there for French cuisine, Eastern European, Mediterranean, Valentine's Day Dinner, and International Passport Dinner. We are never disappointed with our meal. This is a hidden gem. Everyone should try it.
