Phenomenal staff and food. I can not believe how absolutely amazing everything was!!

We enjoyed an absolutely wonderful Seafood Boil to celebrate our anniversary. The staff was incredible; very attentive, courteous, and informative. Bottom line fine, enjoyable dining at its very best. Kudos to Bank Vine.

My friends and I were the first people in the door when they open for their evening hours, we were there for three and a half hours, not another Soul came through the door and and they were out of two of the three of the items they listed as specials for the evening. The menu looked very extravagant but the food was okay at best. We were both very disappointed with the quality of the food however, our waiter was absolutely incredible

Wonderful Bistro in an old bank building in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The duck confit was outstanding except for the fact that it was far too salty. This should be easy to correct. The salad and pasta dishes that my wife ordered were too intense.
