Was please to see corn fritters so I could get my boyfriend to try them! He got the French onion soup which was an absolute smash! I got meat loaf with fries and gravy, the gravy was yummy but could have been more flavorful. The Cole slaw was chopped so fine and had a very runny base which was delicious to someone who grew up Pennsylvania Dutch. The meat loaf was a little dry and not as sweet as I’m used to. The servers were so sweet and very attentive! It seemed pretty busy and like the servers knew their regulars! Great vibes :
Went to the diner to eat breakfast on Sunday morning and it was closed!
It's a diner in the best sense. Breakfasts here are the best.
I guess this is a great place if you grew up here and desire quantity over quality. Our breakfast potatoes tasted like they were sitting for hours and reheated in the microwave. My eggs weren't cooked the way I asked and my dad didn't like his omelet (although it tasted alright, tasted like they used white Velveeta for the cheese) my mom liked her same omelet as my dad.
Went for brunch and it was amazing. Prices are right aligned with what you'd expect. The portions are really good. If looking for diner style food, check this place it.
