I stumbled at this place when I went through Coffeyville for dinner. This is obviously a local favorite, as I think I was the only one that no one knew in this place. The food is very good and cheap diner food and the service excellent. I had the chicken fried steak and really enjoyed it. It was the service that gave me up to 5 stars.

Eggbert's is a great restaurant! The one in Coffeyville, KS is no exception. I ordered breakfast for dinner tonight, and it was well cooked! The western omelette had the perfect proportion of ham, onions, peppers, and cheese for the omelette. The hash browns were perfectly cooked and not greasy! Nice portion sizes, the service was great and fast.
