Mr Deng's Chinese Restaurant

When to Deng's after our local Chinese was closed. Glad we did. Hot Chilli King Prawns were very spicy and Mr Deng even brought me out fresh chopped chilli. Other dishes were Crispy Fried Duck, Sweet and Sour Pork, Mongolian Lamb and old Aunty ( 93 years Young! ) had Combination Chow Mien. All meals were delicious and the servings were large. Prices a little higher than our local but we left very satisfied and with no complaints.

One of the surest things in Coffs Harbour is that you can grab a good meal of Chinese food here and get a friendly smile from Mr Deng. Loved it, once again

I rang at 12.23pm Sat I booked with a male however on arrival at 5.30pm was told that the place is now booked out and that we had no reservation..so they "fitted us (2) into a back table and then stood close to our table ,grabbed the entray and soup bowls as soon as they were emptied and zap,had the mains in front of us immediately Made us feel unwanted to such extent that we stood up, paid and took 3/4 of our meal home.WE WILL NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMENDi HAVE NEVER LEFT BAD FEEDBACK BEFORE

Was recommended this restaurant by the lovely staff at the Ibis just around the corner from here. Got to Mr Deng's early in the evening, which was lucky as it did start to get busy. They also have take-away! We ordered Spring Rolls, Honey Chicken, Mongolian Sizzling Beef and Mr Deng's Special Fried Rice. We had so much food and it was so delicious, we stuffed ourselves! Do not go past this restaurant! We are only sorry that we didn't have a chance to go back as we were only in Coffs Harbour for 4 days.

We had the sizzling angus beef with Cantonese Sauce, and Stir Fry vegetables with TUFO. the food was delicious, and the serving size was very generous. Loved it!! Great value.Highly recommend this restaurant if you are after a meal that will fill you up and some great tasting Chinese cuisine!Thank you Mr Deng!
