NEVER ENOUGH MEAT.... BREAD IS FROZEN THEN THAWED OUT.... AND EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO INTO ANY GIVING STORE..... THEY NEVER HAVE THE TATER TOTS COOKED! WITHOUT FAIL.... YOU HAVE TO WAIT 1O TO 15 MINUTES IF YOU WANT TATER TOTS WITH YOUR SANDWICH!

Typical sandwich shop. The only saving grace for the overdone roast beef in the two Neba's I had was the horseradish mayonnaise I had on one. The other Neba had a non-descript barbecue sauce. As for the tots? Reminded what I suffered through in high school and college. The service was good and the prices were fair. If there's a next time, I'll look for a locally owned individual place.

Gross! Staff very friendly but that doesn't matter if food is bad. I ordered, staff placed zip lock bag of meatballs in microwave, and made my sandwich. I don't know how this place is still in business. Would have given Mr Sub zero stars if had the option.avoid at all costs, Subway is actually better and just down the street.

Bad food. Jamie, works there, Exconvict, did prison time. Bully, intimidating, bad mouths people, name calling constantly.

When you're the only customer in the joint and you're greeted with an employee ROLLING his eyes and 2 girls walking away from the counter, (sorry for disturbing you guy btw), you know you're in for a REAL treat!!! And yeah, it sucked. I ordered 2 Turkey Bacon subs (4:30ish pm on 10/23/2016 from this the Columbia street Latham location) both with Swiss and mayo. I like subs because I can grab some and throw them in the fridge and enjoy it a few hours later. Well guess what, yeah no, I got 2 dry subs with NO mayonnaise NO Swiss. Barely any meat, all bun. I had a sub from Jersey Mike's a few days ago and jeezus, the difference! Really wish this location would hire employees that cared more about the job and less about being bothered and interrupted. Thanks a lot.
