Baralikaadu Eco Tourism - Coimbatore

Place is good. It may be a new and wonderful experience for first time visitors. Road is very bad but doable through big vehicles. Earlier they take you in that small boat for 1and half hours. Now they do only 45 minutes. Food is very traditional and good. But they serve it at 1:45 PM which may be very late for diabetic people. We had to wait for almost 2 hours before food arrived. River bath was in a amazing place. Little risky because its Elephants daily path way and we can see their poop all over the place.Overall a good Experience for a days trip.

Good experience. Forest department arrange boating and food veg and non veg and river both Root ,Karamadai mulli baralikadu good road fecility, reached baralikadu first sukku coffee then start 11 am boating 1 hours and lunch 1 pm then goto 10 km river both 4,30 pm finished

Very good one day picknic spot, family outing place. They provide good veg and non veg food for the tickets we purchase online. Welcome sauku cofee, parisal boating 30 to 40 min, lunch, and river bath. Safe and secure place. Near and clean. Must reach before 9.45 am and can be there till 5pm sharp. From Karamadai (coimbatore) , 42 km to Baralikadu. (Pillur dam) Till check post road is good, from there roads are not good. Adult 550, kids till 13 yrs 450 Online ticket booking only. Open only on Saturday and Sunday

It's a beautiful place. If you are planning to visit baralikadu you need to book in advance. It's situated inside the forest the pathway was so thrilling full of trees. The food provided was good. The parical ride was awesome. Also the river bath place is too good. It's a good place to spend time with your family and friends.
