I have always been a fan of Domino's Pizza due to their exceptional quality, prompt delivery, and excellent customer service. First and foremost, the quality of Domino's Pizza has always exceeded my expectations. The crust is always crispy and delicious, the sauce is perfectly seasoned, and the toppings are fresh and generous. I have tried several different varieties of pizza from Domino's and I have never been disappointed with the taste or quality. Secondly, the delivery service provided by Domino's is exceptional. My orders have always arrived promptly and in perfect condition. The delivery personnel are always polite and professional, and they ensure that the food is delivered hot and fresh. Lastly, I would like to commend the customer service provided by Domino's. Whenever I have had a query or concern, their customer service representatives have always been polite and helpful. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my orders are delivered correctly and on time. Overall, my experience with Domino's Pizza has been nothing short of excellent. The quality of their food, the prompt delivery service, and the exceptional customer service have made me a loyal customer for years to come. I highly recommend Domino's Pizza to anyone looking for a delicious and convenient pizza option.
Garlic Bread bread was very bland, no proper baking plus it was not even cut. This store just doesn’t have the Dominos DNA.
Worst online delivery experience ever. I have never faced this with any other dominos outlet. Three times, my orders were delivered after 1.5 hours of placing. For the money we pay, dominos should be offering us atleast a decent customer support. Never getting anything from dominos again.
Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a pizza through their app. After placing my order, I received a call from them, informing me that it would take more than 1 hour and 30 minutes to deliver my pizza. Let me clarify something their shop is just a kilometer away from my location! Does it take that long for them to deliver a pizza from a place practically in my neighborhood? This isn't the first time I have faced such incompetence from Domino's. It's becoming a recurring theme. It's deceptive and utterly disrespectful to customers like me who are hungry and expect timely service. To top it all off, the behavior of their staff was despicable. When I expressed my frustration and asked for an explanation, they simply saying that if I wanted the pizza, I had to wait, otherwise, I could cancel the order. Is this how they treat their customers?
I ordered through the app for take away and it shows the order is ready but when I reached the restaurant they said I have to wait for atleast 45 minutes. They very under staffed only one guy in the front and two people are in the kitchen. The tables are unclean (pic attached though I was not having the pizza there they could improve vastly the customer experience. As u can see in the pic the store looks empty and they have 20 plus orders in queue.
