Dom Piteu - Coimbra

I was looking for frango grelhado and got to this place. Simple menu, apparently full for lunch, but empty for early dinner even though families and other guests were arriving when I was leaving. Nice touch : service is efficient and with a smile. Another nice touch: price, and the fact that they serve you an excellent vegetable soup in a hotpot. Frango grilled chicken) was not a huge portion, but it did come with rice and homemade chips or crisps depending on where you live.... Slight lemony touch and just the perfect amount of spiciness, due mainly to pepper.

Restaurante acolhedor, atendimento simpático, boa qualidade dos pratos, preços aceitáveis. Nas horas de ponta normalmente é necessário esperar por vaga, mas depois o serviço é rápido.

A única coisa que poderia ser melhor é o tamanho do local, pois é muito pequeno. Mas a comida estava muito boa e as atendentes foram muito simpáticas e atenciosas

Very good and fresh food, spent 30 euros between 3 people and had to take away a plate as take. high price/quantity and quality value. The staff is also very friendly.
