This country pub checks all the boxes when it comes to a great dining experience. It's free of pokies and located slightly off the beaten track. The meals are consistently of good quality and offer great value. The Vegetarian menu usually has a selection of two or three options, and although they may not win awards for innovation, the cozy dining area with a fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for their delicious comfort-food offerings.

This local pub is the best, a hidden gem! On Thursday nights, you can steal a deal with $15 meals. I have never had my meat cooked any other way than how I've ordered it (rare). The portions are generous and the quality is great for the price. They can accommodate larger groups as well. I hope this place never changes!

For my main course, I ordered a steak cooked to medium rare perfection, while others in my group ordered the Roast Beef and Fish and Chips (with tempura batter), which were all excellent. Although the service was not the fastest, the food was presented beautifully and tasted fantastic, so I had no complaints. I even took a photo of the Pear Tart displayed with fresh berries and ice cream. I will definitely be returning to Colac East Hotel in the future. Overall, a wonderful dining experience at OneWellFedLady.

Food was fantastic, staff were great and very attentive to detail. Highly recommend their East Parma a very different twist, and the Self saucing sticky date pudding.

Excellent team excellent food. One of the female wait staff can remember our drinks, and meals, even when we have not been in for months. Great Aussie pub meals.
