Humpty's Family Restaurants - Cold Lake

I like Humptys. You know what you're getting for food. But we had to stand at the front of the restaurant waiting to be seated for quite a long time. It wasn't exceptionally busy. It was 9am on a Monday. The thing that got me is the waitresses kept walking past us to wait on tables without looking at us. It was like we were invisible. I was just about to go across the street. After they got us seated, the meal service were fine but it's pretty hard to make up for how you treat customers at the door. It would have been very different if they had at least said "We'll be right with you," as they passed repeatedly within arms reach.

Humpty's in Cold Lake is a very family friendly restraunt , Very clean, quick service and plenty of food for the price

Took my daughter for breakfast. She enjoyed the smiley face pancakes. Coffee was decent and price was appropriate.

Just a regular franchise, what you would expect from a Humpty`s...super friendly staff at this one however! Clean and families welcomed. Would go back

We were in cold lake yo visit with our cousins and to put flower on our grandparents grave as we were staying in a hotel we all decide we should meet up for breakfast it was a great meal and staff were great and so was the service
