Pourhouse Grill - Cold Lake

Went here on a Friday, and the staff was phenomenal, the wings were amazing, but I guess Friday is karaoke night and I couldn't get out of there fast enough once that started. I was surprised that it was on a Friday night. If that's the kind of activity you enjoy I'm sure it'd be great but there's apparently not a ton of musical talent in cold lake, at least not at karaoke night. Otherwise it is a great little hole in the wall type place.Parking: There is a parking lot but it's not huge, was there on a Friday and there wasn't a ton of space

I go to this restaurant every time I visit cold lake. They provide great service and great food. They have been accommodating and very welcoming for me and my guide dog when I visit cold lake. Like most restaurants the only downside is I can't access the menu in an alternate format of my choice which would be in Braille.Wheelchair accessibility: Regarding wheelchair accessibility it is a crowded restaurant for wheelchair access. For other accessibility aspects having Braille menus would make it more accessible to those with vision loss

Ordered the CBGB burger. I didn't realize the named meant Can Burn Good Burger. This should have never left the kitchen. Bun was beyond toasted and black inside and out. Burger patty was like dry overcooked and charred cardboard. The cream cheese was a slight discoloration on the bottom of the bun. Bacon was crispy though the only part edible. After 30 min when waitress took my hubby's plate (he had the chicken burger: chicken fingers on a bun) he told them the burger was burnt and waitress then asked someone in the back if they would make me a new burger as I only had 2 bites of it. Waitress never asked how food was prior to that. Second burger was better but still not worth $18. There was maybe a teaspoon of cream cheese in the centre on the toasted bottom bun this time, patty wasn't dry and bun was toasted golden. This was just after 4 pm on Monday, Aug 14.

Food was good, service was good. Close to bar where regulars gathered, not really family oriented (kids), So sorry just visiting didn't know regulations regrading vlts. Still a good place to

Great food! Steak cooked and seasoned to perfection. Fast, friendly service. Reasonably priced. Clean. Will visit again.
