Tim Hortons - Cold Lake

I had to wait in a line of 6 vehicles before reaching the drive-thru at this restaurant, but I was impressed by the efficiency of the staff working there. Despite the long line, I received my order quickly. As I sat waiting, I noticed one of the employees give me a strange look, prompting me to ask for my change. It turned out she had forgotten to give it to me, but she remained calm and professional throughout the situation.

The service was excellent, they informed us about their Christmas offerings and even mentioned a special event to win free ice cream. The staff was friendly, polite, and spoke clearly. They repeated our order back to us to ensure it was correct.

Breakfast two sandwiches for the street. When I opened them 15km on the road, the rolls had to have been out all day when they were as hard as a rock. would have been nice if the food appetizer were to check for quality. before served unusable food.

We thought here was a quiche farewell, the personal was friendly, but they don't know how to read their commands. we were asked if it was eaten or excluded, we were eaten and they totally failed our order. they were ready to renew the order, but we said it was not disturbing. that was good.

We stopped every morning for 10 days. Sometimes we ordered sandwiches and sometimes breakfasts. But always doughnuts. Sometimes good service sometimes not so good service.
