Jimmy's Pizza - Cold Spring

The pizza at this restaurant was mediocre at best and overpriced. I paid $26 for a pizza that felt like it had hardly any toppings. When I went back inside to inquire about the portion size, the owner, a flushed-faced man in his 40s, was confrontational and rude. He complained about working every day and ultimately kicked me out of the restaurant. As I left, he threatened that I would never be able to order from there again. My daughter and I were unimpressed with the whole experience.

Terrible! order as it opened, lasted 90 min to deliver! I wanted to ask for manager. the manager has excused me, apologised, made excuses about Kovid/Vications. and then they didn't put me on the refusal list. everything through text! wow! terrible customer service and not the biggest pizza. go to marnitella or caseys. poor, service, lame apologise, terrible manager communication.

Thank you for the response, Jimmy's! I understand the challenges of being short-staffed, especially during the Covid pandemic (I work in healthcare too). The food is delicious, but it would be helpful to be informed if you're busy or if delivery is running late. Hopefully, you can find help soon :) I absolutely love the cheesy garlic bread! The only issue we've had is that our recent delivery orders have been significantly delayed. We were told it would take 45-60 minutes, but the orders didn't arrive until 90+ minutes later. Other than that, the food is fantastic!

The restaurant offers a great variety of delicious pizzas to choose from. Don't miss out on trying the cheese-filled pizza dough - it's a must!

I ordered a small chicken bacon ranch pizza and was disappointed to receive it cold and extremely thin. The price, almost $20, was not worth it. Overall, I was not impressed with my experience.
