Panera Bread - Cold Spring

Way overpriced. Got avocado so rotten ot made me gag just looking at it. I habe never been bqck

Employees don’t care here. Each time I return I say I’ll give them one more chance. Went in at 8am on Sunday morning and the girl making the bread said I was the first customer. The store was dirty. Food on the floor and counter, obviously from the day before. No thanks. I left. I even paid for the order and bailed.I think I’ll call corporate and tell them how this particular location is bringing down their name.

Delivery was great, but food was terrible…salad was not fresh, sandwich had very little chicken, and baguette tasted off.

It pains me to write this review because I love Panera Bread. Unfortunately this store falls short of PB standards. I've been a regular customer on Saturday mornings for some time now. The store is usually filthy from the night before. Evidently there's no cleanup crews. The food is good unless you want something hot. There are several items on the beverage menu that are not available but no mention on the menu. Even after ordering. I look for this store to close.

Almost every time I order from this location my order is not correct whether it is Grub Hub or myself placing an order.
