The Old Familiar - Coldwater

Arrived at 650pm, for dinner4 tables of patrons when we got thereWaited 30mins to get a menu,Got the menus and waited another 20 mins for the server to come back.We watched other tables clear out and new patrons arrive who got their food and drinks before our table did.We finally got our meals an hour and 30mins after arriving.We order an app to start and then 2 meals (burger with fries and a wrap with fries)

We had decided to go there for lunch. We went into the restaurant and we're told to take a table. Asked what we wanted to drink then told us the cook had not arrived yet. Walted a few more minutes and was told they are not opening until 4 as cook not coming. What kind of service is that. Will not go back. Not friendly and poor business manner

Wow, almost past this place by. So glad we didn’t.What a wonderful and unexpected experience. First we met Shelby when we entered. What a fantastic person. She was amazing and a great hostess and server.We ordered our food and watched as they prepared our great lunch. Janice had the Reuben sandwich and I had the Beer battered fish and chips. We both substituted our regular fries for sweet potato fries.What an excellent lunch. Both were perfect and the service was amazing. Shelby was handling everything up front by herself. And she didn’t miss a beat. Very little wait time with perfect food and amazing service. What more can you ask for?Thank you so much. Hope to see you again.Best Regards,Janice and Philip

First time going there. Sunday just before noon. The place is empty. We were told breakfast only menu until noon. I guess they wanted to get rid of the food that had been sitting. WeOrdered eggs sausage and peameal bacon. Sunny side up eggs were runny sausages were overdone nearly burnt and the peameal bacon was very thin and dried out. Very disappointing. We won’t go back.
