We have eaten at many Tim Horton's but this one is probably the worst that we have had soup in. Travelling through Crowsnest Pass we stopped in to have a soup and found it luke warm to say the least, eat half and threw the rest out. On the way back we stopped again, ordered soup again, and found it luke warm, not the way any soup should be served. Truely not sure about the rest of the food as we threw what we couln't eat away and left. This is a busy store as many passing through stop here, but that is no excuse for the coldness of the soup they serve.
After a visit to the frank slide stopped in to have a drink, letting 3 young people make a choice of drink. Was told the machines where shut down, so tried another suggestion told again this was also shut down for cleanup and not available. Needless to say left and went across the lot to the corner store to make a slushie purchase. Not the response or customer service of most Tim Hortons.
If the drive-thru has a long line, try going inside for faster service! The coffee is always exceptional and the variety of pastries is hard to resist. Their breakfast sandwiches are also delicious!
We made a pit stop at the Shell in Blairmore and were hoping to grab some bagels and coffee at Tim Hortons. Unfortunately, it was closed. So we had to settle for the snacks we had brought for the journey but still enjoyed the breathtaking views during the scenic drive through the pass.
