Bojangles - College Park

In regular customers here and in the regular good service, but today it was terrible personal was unfriendly and rude. I have tried to make a big breakfats order for some seniors in the union that I have breakfast them during their dinner hours. I came to the old nat location and was told that they did not serve the breakfast and did not take off.the company advertise the breakfast all day..cashier tameka and another guy who was rejected a kitchen to honor the menu points. I need the management to reach me because this is to be treated. this personal will cause this excitement to lose large amounts to not want to work.

Terrible experience every time. I just sat in the drive thru for forty five minutes for only 5 cars. the service is terrible. even waiting for all this was my eating cold. I could have eaten twice somewhere else in that time. the hired grabbed outside while we waited. after I ordered and paid, they tell me in the dining window, they have no part of my order at all and do not offer any refund. After I just asked at the window whether they were out of anything, and the girl told me they had it, the type in the window tells me they didn't do it. Actually, these places shouldn't be open or in business if they do these kinds of shady things. tell me the truth before I pay, or give me my money back. Bojangles company should not allow this team to load in anyway, it reflects badly on the whole brand.

I needed 50 biscuits for a Saturday morning breakfast. The manager, Patrice, was great in taking my order and ensuring that the food was hot and ready when I arrived. A kind young man even brought it out to my car for me. I consistently receive excellent service from this Bojangles location and will definitely continue using them for my breakfast needs.

Avoid the Lügner restaurant! There seems to be a lack of organization, as there are always about 6-8 cars waiting in line. It's unacceptable to only take one order at a time in the drive-thru, causing a 30-minute wait. The management needs to address this issue immediately. It's absurd.

I love going to the location on old national every morning for a steak egg and cheese biscuit. Its always on point. The lady Florence always great me and know my name! Polite and ready to serve! Nice job!
