It's evident that the management's disregard for their employees and customers has created a toxic work environment that ultimately impacts the quality of service.One of the most glaring issues is the severe lack of staff, especially during peak hours in the evening. It's absurd to expect only three extremely young-looking college students to handle a rush of customers that extends out the door. This staffing shortage reflects poorly on the management's ability to adequately support their team and meet the demands of the business.The indifference towards customer satisfaction is evident in the disorganized and chaotic atmosphere of the store. Despite placing an online order, it was not ready upon arrival. The sight of only three young employees struggling to keep up with the overwhelming demand explains why orders are delayed and customers are left waiting.The absence of effective leadership is concerning. It's unclear where the manager is during these chaotic times, and the lack of adult supervision further exacerbates the problem. Retraining the manager and investing in proper staffing levels should be a priority to improve the overall experience for both employees and customers.As a long-time customer, it's disheartening to witness the decline of this once-reliable establishment. I strongly advise against visiting Cold Stone Creamery if you value timely service and a pleasant customer experience. It's evident that the current management is failing to address the fundamental issues plaguing this location, and until significant improvements are made, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

It is too small to accommodate multiple customers. Ceiling fan causes a strobe effect with the lights. Some random residue from a different add-in was in my daughter's ice cream, and the employee just shrugged it off like food allergies and cross-contamination don't exist.
We ordered on UberEats from this location. They put a small (like it) in a medium (love it) cup when we ordered a love it. Ubereats said this doesn’t qualify for a refund. Trifling all around.
Came in with my family and saw the fresh bananas and I just knew I had to get their banana split! It was FANTASTIC!!
