Starbucks - College Park

I love my wiki wiki (wake up) starbucks every morning; It makes me have energy the whole day!!!My favorite drink is the Latte with coconut milk and cinnamon on top.

Lazy workers taking forever to make drinks even with three people.

The service of the mid-day shift is terrible, I have already had things missing 3 times, I have ordered them online and when I have gone there things are missing, and you call them and they don't

I usually have a good experience with this Starbucks. Maybe they just didn’t feel like working this day but it’s no excuse. I decided to make a trip after work as I work close by. I ordered a hot chocolate and lemon loaf.I was given my lemon loaf first and asked if I could have it warmed the worker Cameron responded with just “No” I was kind of taken back by her response so I said “I’m sorry” she then proceeds to explain why “it’s a burning hazard”. I get it I understand, but to just respond with “No” in the first place is unprofessional. I am a young African American woman and it made me question does she respond to everyone who comes in that way.

I would’ve given more stars if it weren’t for the most incompetent, unprofessional barista I’ve ever seen. Mak was behind the counter making drinks and whining like a baby. There is absolutely no reason your employees need to be putting on baby voices this is ridiculous
