Don’t go there I payed to go eat with a friend but my friend was not eating so they didn’t let us in because he didn’t wanted to pay so I ask for a refund they told me the refund was processed but I never got my money back. And I call to check on that and they told me the refund should be there in a couple of days and nothing so I called again and now they told me that they don’t do refunds to the card that they give cash back and that there is nothing to do and that only managers can do refund Their service sucks

The games are not good I lost a lot of money the manger told me the game takes tokens she lied to me I got token I can't use them now the games are a rip off the games are rip off the game cards are a rip In credible pizza in Conroe you play or games and get your money worth

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at Cicis Pizza was extremely disappointing due to a ridiculous policy that forces every adult to pay for a buffet just to get inside, even if they have no intention of eating. We went there for our son’s baseball team dinner, and neither my wife nor I planned to eat. Despite this, we were told we had to pay for two buffets simply to enter the restaurant. This is an absurd policy that seems designed to extort money from customers. It put a damper on what should have been a joyful celebration for our son’s team. We won’t be returning to this Cicis Pizza and will advise others to avoid it as well. Very frustrating and poor customer service.
