This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Apparently they have a new manager and I don’t think she has been trained on customer service, or maybe she doesn’t care. Based on some comments I have read, others have had the same experience. I don’t plan to return for a long time. Hopefully when I do they will have resolved their issues. UPDATE: I had lunch here last weekend and everything was much better! The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was good and fresh. I am glad they have resolved the issues I mentioned above. Looking forward to eating there again soon.
I just wanted to take a moment and thank Lucia and Victor, two employees of Jason's Deli in College Station, TX., for their helpfulness, kindness and having such servant's heart in helping me and my family out today during our lunch. Your attention to detail, quick service and a great attitude were greatly appreciated. And while I am specifically singling these two employees out because of my interaction with them, all of the employees just seemed to have a great attitude about the work they were doing and being helpful to each others and those they were serving! Salad bar was packed with all kind of choices. I had the tomato soup it was great. Friend had the club sandwich and he was very happy with it. Yes will go back. Place was clean, staff very helpful.
First time here, I was very overwhelmed by all the options, Maicel helped us out. She really went out of the way to make sure our order was something we wanted.
