Krispy Kreme - College Station

Krispy Kreme is the best! We don't have one anywhere near where I live, so when I was visiting College Station I had to stop by. The staff was very friendly, the donuts were reasonably priced, and they were delicious! Very soft and fluffy insides. Not dry like some other places that have the initials DD. The only thing I wish they had was kolaches. I felt like I needed some protein with my breakfast.

Finally they are open. Hands down they have the best donuts. Even after a day of sitting (yes I know that’s hard to believe that a donut could not get eaten the day it’s purchased), they still taste fresh. Love the plain, the chocolate glazed and strawberry glazed.

Our first time to visit... The donut holes we received were literally several regular donuts that were ripped apart by hand leaving several finger holes... I mean, just tell me you're out and we could have found something else on the menu to order. I made several attempts to contact the location with absolutely zero answer or response. Most calls to the store are answered and then hung up. Im not sure what else to do besides post a review here... We will not be visiting again

Let me start by saying that this entire entire star is dedicated to the one single time I received a fresh donut out of all the times I went. But the reason it’s only one (over multiple experiences, times of the day, etc):morning time and they are out of every single donut I asked for which was at least five different options from their menu (multiple times)Horrible customer serviceDid not open on timeVery stale and day old donuts in the morning with no indication of when I should come back for fresh onesWaiting 15 minutes with nobody in front of me inside the store while an employee takes a personal phone callI wanted to give the benefit of the doubt even after a few times, but after reading the reviews I am eso disappointed.The best donuts, service, and kolaches in town are at Fresh Donuts on Boonville in Bryan and at least they are locally owned.

1 star because you cant go lower. Literally the worst experience at any establishment or eatery I've had in my entire life.Wait in a moderate line. Get to the order menu place my order repeat multiple times ok no problem. Get to the window. One individual being a bit unprofessional with staff. Ok no issue not my problem. They have my order sitting there. But the same unprofessional individual touches the box says they are cold wont give them to me and proceeds to tell me I need to wait 20 minutes. Wth? I have a microwave. Just give me my food or compensate me for the 20 pointless minutes I just spent sitting there for no reason. Yes redundant I know. I never.
