Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

I absolutely love this restaurant. The ambiance is beautiful and the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. One particular staff member stood out to me - he was so polite and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. I have never been so impressed by a worker's dedication to making customers happy. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I am confused as to why reducing the size of a drink in a meal would result in a higher price. I have ordered this several times before so that I can take the smaller drinks on my moped, but no one mentioned that I would be charged more for less. This is frustrating and I am tempted to give this restaurant a 0-star rating. Additionally, I did not receive the extra sauce that I paid for today. I am extremely disappointed with the service and this experience has made me not want to return to this restaurant.

This was my first time trying Raising Cane's and I really enjoyed it! The Box Combo (4 chicken strips, coleslaw, and a drink) was a great value for the price. The fries were average, but the chicken strips with sauce were delicious. Initially, my meal was served without the coleslaw, but the staff quickly apologized and brought it to me right away.

The food is consistently good, the service is usually good as well, and they move the line along quickly. The only challenge they seem to have is catering orders for pick up. Whether you place your order 1 day or 1 week in advance, you still need to call day of to remind them to get it packed up for you.

Went a few times in the past weeks and the chicken is just so small it’s honestly not even worth it anymore. Definitely will not be going here anymore.
