Veritas Wine And Bistro

I was with Veritas three times. Great place for a romantic evening and a great place to taste unique food creations. Food is good portions, unique mix of spices and very tasty. Just a little negative visit when we sat near the kitchen. We could smell a fishy smell from the kitchen all night. Make sure you NOT have a seat/table near the entrance to the kitchen.

Nice place for cocktails or special dinners. Just turn around. Sunday night wasn't full. Food was all good for our party of 6.

On a Monday night the place was empty and yet the service was terrible. We waited and waited. The bar people were incompetent, for example

Good Asian Inspired / Asian Fusion Food; highly recommended- Steak Carpachio, Lobster Bisque, Miso Sea Bass, Bass Cake. Can't go wrong.

The food and ambience were amazing. Probably the best oysters and tartar I've ever had. I want the cookbook :
