Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Colleyville

This store was filthy. For what I paid for yogurt I would expect a clean establishment.

The frozen yogurt is great, but I would hope to see a few smiles from the staff.

Reading the other reviews. I walked into the place not sure if it was open. There were fed ex notes on the door making it hard to know if they were open. Guy came out of the back greeted me, told me they were out of the white stuff( marshmallow topping). Be side that its dirty. The place needs a deep clean. The tables are dirty and sticky. But I'm the only one here. Homemade signs everywhere. Really run down. Just not pleased to look at.

Experience couldn’t have been worse with horrible staff behavior

Friday, June 2 2023, my friends and I decided to go to Menchies 20 minutes before closing because we were out and wanted a treat. This location was new to us because we live a little while away, and the service here was so distinguishably dissimilar to what I have experienced at other Menchies. The moment that we walked in there was instant staring from the three employees standing at the counter. They didn’t say anything, they just stared while we tried out the different flavors. I wasn’t sure if they were staring so hard because they were making sure that we weren’t ruining anything, but whenever we were turned to look, they would look at us with enunciated disgust. We ignored it while we were trying out the flavors but when it came time to check out, three of us went to go and purchase a shared treat, and when that happened, one of the guy employees after handing back change basically threw the change back with a disgusted look. When the second half of us went to go purchase our treat, I had asked the same worker if Apple Pay is accepted, he said “just press the button” with an annoyed tone. I didn’t appreciate the condescending tone because it was a valid question, there was nothing wrong with what I said. While these interactions were happening, the two other female employees simply stared without any involvement: no standing up and no appearance of regret. I don’t know what created this rude and uncomfortable attitude amongst the workers but we were kind the moment we walked in. We acknowledged that it was getting late so we tried to be quiet and quick with our work, but from the get go we were treated rudely. It may be because none of us were white when they all were, but I do not want to create any assumptions. The situation simply came off as micro agressive. Overall, the froyo was great! The service was disgusting.
