Order around 9:30 from the frustrating app and was informed the delivery was be at 10:25, then 10:33, and then nothing. Couldn't get a hold of anyone at the store and they closed at 11. My order was cancelled without my knowledge, no email, text, nothing. Wasted my time and was too late to order from anywhere else. Customer service and communication is a joke here.
Food was late for delivery. Tried calling the store and was unable to speak to anyone in the store.Food is fine from the location but your best bet is to order carry out
This place shouldn’t be in business. They can never give you your food on time. Accuracy rate is probably below 50%. Oh, and customer service is non existent!
Placed a scheduled ordered over 4 hours beforehand. So at 3:17 I placed an order for 7:30. At 7:43, the order tracker still says “order received”. I’ve tried to call the store multiple times to make sure it wasn’t forgotten but it’s either automatically hung up after ringing a couple of times or I get a call center, get transferred and it’s never ending ringing. So I’ve hung up and called another 5 times. Got someone finally from this location and says he doesn’t have my order and doesn’t see it anywhere. Well after my insistence that I have an email with a confirmation, he actually finally finds my order but now I’m actually upset. Now it’ll be extremely late because they have “an abundance of orders ahead of mine”.This is the whole reason why I’ve always ordered ahead of time. Never dealt with a Pizza Hut that couldn’t even admit the mistake and try to make it right but instead made it worse.I’ve checked the order tracker again after the employee saying he was going to update and get my order working… Well still says it’s received and my new order estimate is 8:25 and I don’t see how it’s gonna go be delivered anytime soon. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’ll update when it gets here.
