The Flower Shop (market Street)

If they don't like when you confront them about a situation they will make it hard for you to come back to their store. I'm a formal delivery driver who has experienced racial profiling at this store. This area is predominantly white so they are already in edge when they see an African American driver enter their store. They are not friendly towards blacks in this town. When asked why I couldn't return to the store for deliveries, the lie that was told was that there were several incidents at the store between me and their employees. When asked what were the incidents they claimed that I left groceries in the car, (typical lie which can be believable). My response was that in most cases if anything were left behind, usually the customers would contact me in which none did. Secondly, before completing any deliveries we must take pictures of all delivered items as standard protocol. Then the guy switched the lie and said it was the way I talked to the employees which was a lie to because I talk respectfully. They just didn't like being confronted about things when they were in the wrong. This place is racist and needs to be shut down immediately. To all door dash and Uber divers be careful at this store

It's great for the price that they have for the world that we live in

If you work for Uber, Door Dash, etc in this area, do yourself a favor and DON'T. I was racially profiled against on many occasions at this store. Was told I couldn't do pick-ups here anymore. When I asked why, the lie that was told was that I had groceries left in the car after each delivery which was a lie because I communicate with my customers and we are also required to take pictures after each drop-off. They hardly answer the phone and when they do they hang up in my face. Very unprofessional and I will be hiring a private investigator soon to get this store closed down..

I’ve been getting cakes here for over 10 years and have always had a good experience. We picked up our little girl’s smash cake like this, when I reported it I literally got no response. It was really disappointing since there wasn’t time for us to get another option. I’m guessing they should have had it refrigerated but had left it out. I’d recommend going somewhere else if you want something custom.
