The only cool person was the cashier checking us out. The pizza guys were d*cks to us when it was our first time at this location and not being from Texas the step is very different. Keep in mind I lived in NYC and New Orleans so I'm used to busy locations and larger stores but they were rude and I won't spend any more money at this location. I'd rather Sprouts or WinCo where I can be sure I'll be greeted, helped and appreciated. Not to mention, the bar food was not fresh. It had to be sitting out for at least 2 hours or more. Maybe I'm spoiled or Texas is just not handle to the same standards but even at closing hours fresh food would be available or made to order.
Se4vice is better than most with sacking and carrying to your car. They have order ahead as well. There are staffed check outs available as well self check out. There is an express line as well. A full service store with deli, hot food to eat on site or take out, salad bar, good produce selection
I’m not so sure this place exists. I walked down here during a Liverpool game and couldn’t locate it at all.
The only reason I come to a Whole Foods every few months is to buy a big bottle of 365 fragrance free shampoo which is my favorite and I can't find elsewhere. Expensive grocery store.
If you build it they will come. If this Whole Foods was a movie it would be Field of Dream. This location has so much potential but it is by far the worst Whole Foods I 've ever been to, and that 's saying a lot considering I 've been to many across the country. I will break it down into sections: The Pizza Bar/Soup Station/Hot Food/Bakery/and Hot Bar: This is by far the worst zone. Here are the issues: 1. NO assistance. There is never anyone to help if you have a question or if you need help with something. If you do manage to track someone down, they don 't know what to do and have to ask someone else. The morale seems low in this section as the employees are not upbeat and are just waiting for the time to pass by. 2. There is no high energy in this section. Music is not pumping (like other Whole Foods), 3. Minimal stations. Low energy Pizza Bar, and a Sushi bar where the attendant is always M.I.A. There is no Taco Bar, Noodle Bar, or anything that would attract people to this place. If they have a Noodle bar with attendants that make eye contact with you (or just a station to give it some pep) so many more people would opt for lunch here. 4. No Napkins in the Soup bar so if you spill soup on your hands you have to make the walk to the front of the store to wipe your hands. Same with salad bar. They may have changed this recently thanks to yours truly. 5. I 've asked the bartender in the bar area for some assistance whenever I can 't find some help (heavyset man with dark hair that is always there). He always has a sad look on his face and looks like he doesn 't want to be there. He 's not very pleasant to talk to or deal with. I 'm surprise he still has a job. Go to any other Wholefoods and the bartenders are always courteous and upbeat. 6. Bakery: This shouldn 't be called a bakery. They never stalk the items, no one knows what is going on. And everyone in the bakery are in their own world. No engagement with customers and again, low energy. The people in this section that I 've spoken with have no knowledge of the products, and are pretty much hiding in the back. 7. Nothing is ever stocked. I 've taken pictures of the soup lids never being stocked (they are always low no matter what (been going here for 3 years). Something that you need is always missing. Not exaggerating, this is a joke and I have photo proof. 8. Salad Bar is minimal and the Spinach and lettuce looks wilted 9. The booths you sit in to eat your food, the upholstery is all torn up. I can 't believe the corporate office allows them to get away with this. This is really bad. Meat Section: 1. Very minimal selection. 2. Meat doesn 't look very fresh 3 There is low energy there and it 's really depressing, 4. I have to buy my meat at Central Market, there is a lot of grass fed options there and the selection is what Whole Foods should be (all other whole foods are up to par). Café: 1. Low Energy 2. Employees are always doing dishes and never paying attention to people who are walking up to the counter (not enough staff) 3. Coffee drinks are nothing special, they need better Baristas and more upbeat people. Cheese Section: No Complaints. Produce: 1. Barley any organic selection of fruit. I can 't believe they can get away with this. 2. You can get more organic selection at Natural Grocers down the road, I can 't believe how little Whole Foods has of Organic Products. People just think everything is organic cause it 's whole foods but this is not the case. Manager Customer Service Station: 1. Manager are always looking down doing side work they are not very engaging with customers. A manager should be extraverted and looking for ways to engage customer not just doing busy work. The cashiers have more pep than the managers/supervisors. 2. If I were the manager (since it 's always slow) I would be asking people about their day and thanking them for keeping this sorry place in business. Cashiers: 1. No complaints. Very friendly. I
