Back Yard Burgers - Collierville

This was my husband and my first experience dining at Back Yard Burger, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was fantastic, freshly grilled and bursting with flavor. I ordered the black bean burger, while my husband opted for the southwest burger. Unfortunately, they had run out of ice cream, so my husband couldn't get a shake, but these things happen, and it wasn’t the staff's fault. However, it was a bit odd that they locked the doors right behind us an hour before closing. As for vegetarian options, the black bean burger is a superb choice!

Now, let's talk about the burger. It was the absolute worst I've ever had! The entire thing was stale—taking a bite was like trying to chew on a brick. It was overcooked to the point of being dry as the Sahara Desert at midday. The bacon and cheese looked like they had been sitting out for days, and I wouldn’t be surprised if the burger itself was just as old. In summary, I will never return to Backyard Burger again, and I strongly recommend that you do the same.

I stopped by to try the classic double burger, and the first thing that caught my attention was the filthiest urinal I've ever encountered. I'll be sharing a photo of it. It took an eternity just to place my order, and even longer to receive my food, which clearly wasn’t fresh. The fries tasted like they had been cooked in very old oil, and the burger patty was dry with burnt edges.

Never have the right cobbler in stock , never answer the phone even tho they’re hardly EVER busy and expect you to talk to a robot on drive thru

Every time I am close to this location, I stop and have lunch. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is probably the best Back Yard Burger around. Kid-friendliness: They have a big indoor playground.
