Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

The guy and girl at the front desk had their own set of rules for guest. The area my party sat in near the kitchen smelled like a old wet dirty rag. The server and the manager saved the day with their customer service. My advice to the manager is retrain the two at the front desk or dismiss them.

The food, the service and the atmosphere are great.

One of my favorite spots come at least 5 times a year

This spot definitely has some potential, but you’ll end up just leaving kind of salty. Food will definitely take at least an hour. The service is meh… waitstaff is very nice but clearly hasn’t been trained very well. Restrooms need some attention they are reminiscent of a medium tier gas station bathroom. The food was actually really good! Just feel like they need to take more care of guest experience. For the price it’s definitely needed.

I had a great meal here! The food was prepared to perfection !
