Ichiban Buffet - Collierville

Had the All-Day Dinner Buffet on Sunday. Very typical American-Chinese. Clean buffet with fresh dishes. Waiters were friendly and tentative. The food was fresh; however, I found it a bit salty, perhaps supposed to go well with rice/noodles. Overall, nice buffet in the Collierville area. Will return.

It was a very pleasant experience. They scoop the food for you to prevent contamination. They were very polite and sincere. They kept my water filled which is a challenge because of the amount of water. The food was good and sushi wasn?t half bad. You could tell they used to have more food, there was still enough variety to make a very good meal.

Really needs a remodel. Food is good as long as during fresh times. Gave another chance and staff and food were great. Doing good improving since pandemic.

If I could give it no stars, I would. Me, my boyfriend and his daughter went to have lunch there, I suggested it because a few years ago the food was good. We all ended up sick, the food was terrible, it wasn?t fresh at all and with nobody but us and the employees there should have been a warning sign from the get go. Definitely would not recommend.

Great sushi and food in general. Many choices and I go there a couple times a month. I have eaten similar food in several other cities and would rate them the third best of them all.
