If I wanted small size would have ordered. Plus the drive-thru worker was super short and doesn't appear to enjoy her job. Also got no pickles on burger and even asked for extra. Been to better locations for sure.
Stood waiting at the register, ignored for several minutes while the girl had her back to me, chewing gum. Dirty tables, sweet tea was empty. No tops available at the soda bar, had to go up and ask.
I think I’ve been here once and gotten really great food and then there was one time I came through the drive-through and there was a really nice person but other than that I cannot really say good things about this location. I just came through about an hour ago and asked if they had a sweet tea and a salad and the guy told me they didn’t even have salads anymore and they were at a sweet tea which seems like a common thread when it comes to faster restaurants at night ever since Covid no one ever wants to do any work anymore so if they’re out of here they won’t make any more tea even though they may have three hours of service left and I was in the restaurant business for 10-15 years so I know if you’re out of something you make more of it.I just don’t understand how these companies are making any money if this is how they are treating and serving most customers. These restaurants need to take a play out of the Chick-fil-A book because they know what they’re doing and I’m wondering they’re making tons of money and these other restaurants are failing. It’s pretty simple the customer service.
Everything about this place sucks, despite being in the best possible location. It's always a pigsty and the people who work here managers included would never be allowed to work anywhere else. I hope corporate replaces them all with robots if this is the best they can do with humans.
My fries were stale and cold. My cheeseburger was luke warm.
