Bricco Coal Fired Pizza - Collingswood

The pizza was decent, but not the best Neapolitan coal/wood-fired style I've ever had. My top 3 spots for pizza are still Pizzeria Locale in Denver, Juliana's in Brooklyn, and Razza in Jersey. The meatballs and arancini were delicious. Unfortunately, the service was almost non-existent; when someone did appear or deliver food, they seemed annoyed. I don't expect a scripted speech or menu walk-through, but more than a scowl and grunt would have been appreciated. The interior design was nice, with mural-sized photos, but the entryway was cluttered with pizza boxes and delivery drivers. The host/take-out area was disorganized and unclear. Overall, the pizza was good and other items were better, but the chaos and disinterested staff made the experience less enjoyable.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The dry rub wings with sauces were delicious. The server was knowledgeable about celiac disease and helped our table make safe choices. It was a lovely restaurant and I will definitely return the next time I am in town.

I tried the meatballs and the Bricco pizza and both were delicious. The meatballs had a great sauce with the flavor of San Marzano tomatoes and came with a fresh and tasty side salad. The pizza was the star of the show, with a chewy and crispy thin crust that held together well and had a rich flavor. The sauce was fresh and high quality, with just the right amount of cheese. The pizza was nicely topped but not overly so, and the slightly charred crust added even more character to the already flavorful dish. I highly recommend trying this pizza!

I had a regular pie delivered and ate every bit of it. Exceptional thin-crust pizza; hats-off to Bricco. The pie had perfectly charred edges and was delightfully crispy underneath. Great sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. Flavor was top tier. You won’t find pizza of this quality just anywhere.

Been going here for a while and just decided to write a review!! This is my go to place for pizza and I almost always get the fries and margherita pizza because it is just so delicious. Literally THE BEST pizza around! First place I think of when i’m starving. And i’m pretty sure they have gluten free options and vegan cheese too!
