When my wife's plate arrived, it was ICE COLD!We asked for the manager from a passing server ( not ours) she said "sure" and then finished setting another table, and then brought another group of customers to their table, then announced to us, "I'll get the manager" as she again passed our table. Afterwards a second manager came to our table and advised that he would remove my wife's dinner from our bill (which he did) AND take 50% off our bill, which was done!He also gave us four $10.00 coupons that we could use on our next visit. IF there ever is one.OH yes, all the while this was going on, a live BAT was flapping around the restaurant......INSIDE!!!
Starting off we waited for a long time at the door with no line up and it was not busy. Then we waited a long time to order, when the food showed up the fries were doused with salt, so much so that I could not eat more than a few.I had ordered the whitefish and the batter was overwhelming and it was too bad because the fish itself was quite good
Montanas has always been a good restaurants for anyone too enjoy. It has a welcoming atmosphere and the service is excellent. They have a variety of different dishes to choose from. The food arrives promptly and is hot. Overall a good experience.
Restaurant was freezing cold. Took forever to take our order and bring our food. Waitress could never be found for drunk refills. Requested a plain tortilla wrap and brought the wrong item twice. Missing sides on most of our meals. Food was what you would expect for a chain restaurant.
It's montana's, you know what to expect, good food, friendly welcoming people. We came here because another restaurant did not like us asking questions, we asked one. Carly was very helpful and pleasant and answered the few questions we had and the service was quick and efficient.
