Quesada Burritos Tacos - Collingwood

The service was terrible. The staff member immediately asked for my order, took it, and claimed he was starting it, but then proceeded to prepare someone else's food who was behind me. When I inquired about the delay, he mentioned he needed to warm up some beef, yet the next customer received the same order without any issues. Additionally, they don't properly stock their drinks, serving warm soda. The prices are too high for the quality of the food, which was disappointing, and the overall service was a joke. I won't be returning.

We make it a ritual to enjoy our burritos and tacos here every time we visit Collingwood. The portions are generous, the ingredients are fresh, and the service is friendly. They also offer Mexican Coca Cola, which tastes better than the domestic version and is worth the extra cost.

The woman at the front was quite rude and seemed to have an attitude. Despite that, I still left her a tip, which I probably shouldn’t have. If you believe you’re above the place you work at, maybe it’s best not to be there at all. Her behavior negatively affects the overall customer experience and the reputation of the restaurant. I hope she improves her attitude, as it can really harm the establishment's standing in reviews. These days, reviews matter a lot.

This was our first visit to the Collingwood location, and Quesada has certainly become our favorite spot for burritos. They offer the best flavors at a great value, and I appreciate the nice atmosphere and clean restrooms. They also prioritize inclusivity with excellent vegan options, including a vegan mayo sauce! This particular location is very well-lit, impeccably clean, and features modern restroom facilities along with comfortable seating. The staff was friendly, and our two burritos were outstanding.

I've always favored Quesada's salad bowls because they are bursting with flavor, the vegetables are fresh, and there are plenty of options. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant is consistently clean with Covid protocols followed. The guacamole is always fresh, the chips are crispy, and the service is quick. Definitely give them a try!
