This restaurant truly deserves a Michelin star. The cuisine at Kiefer is unparalleled compared to other restaurants. The atmosphere and music are consistently top-notch. The cocktails, dishes, and thoughtfully curated menu create an unforgettable dining experience. As someone with experience working in high-end restaurants and the food industry for many years, I can attest to the exceptional quality of both the food and service at Kiefer. I cannot stress enough how truly incredible this restaurant is.

What an incredible dining experience! The presentation, tantalizing aromas, diverse and unique local cuisine, restaurant ambiance, and friendly staff/owners all made for a special evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Thank you very much. We will definitely be on the lookout for the next dragon pop-up event.

The Pine provided the best dining experience we have ever had. It was effortless, despite having dined at some top restaurants over the years. Every aspect, from the first sip to the last bite, was meticulously crafted. The creativity was exceptional, yet the flavors were never compromised. Each dish had its own story, with some even connecting together. The wine pairing, the only one in Canada, was surprisingly unique and complemented the meal perfectly. Every detail, from the decor to the utensils, was carefully chosen for each course. We were truly amazed by every dish. The staff were professional yet friendly and attentive. It was truly an unforgettable culinary journey.

If we could give ten stars. I welcome all the others who have left so it is difficult to add something more, but I have to try. what really looked for my man, and I am that an evening in the pine is so much more than just eating good. it is a solid for all five senses. when they first enter, they see a very intimate space that is warm, welcoming and comfortable in its simpleness, with special touches everywhere. when we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the chef jeremy cassie and welcomed us. the music in the evening was a perfect eclectic mix that set the ton for the right mood as the evening continued. concerning the touch, so some of the foods they eat with their hands, and the change of cutlery for each cure really fits the feeling of food. as every court is placed before them, they smell it and see how exquisitely presented it is before they taste it. all add to the general anticipation before they taste it. Oh, and the taste. every mouthful is a party in her mouth that leaves her the next offer and the next. even the menu itself shows her dedication to detail with each offer described with something laune and fun. cassie, chef jeremy, and her team also complement the experience. how each dish is delivered, they describe in detail what it is, and how to eat best to get the maximum pleasure! and the service is no longer to do. we are really happy to have such a high-quality facility in collingwood, and I would have a passion for eating and an excellent culinary experience to treat yourself with the pine. we're coming back.

The tasting menu rivals any you will find in the Toronto, or any other city. Great food and amazing experience.
