Tim Hortons - Collingwood

This restaurant is large and operates quickly, but the level of service can vary depending on whether the manager is present. Without their oversight, the employees tend to make mistakes. To avoid delays, I started ordering ahead through the app. Despite placing my order in advance, I still had to wait 10 minutes for it to be completed once I arrived. The staff did not offer any apologies for the inconvenience. However, the drinks were decent.

I am giving this restaurant three stars because the ice cappuccino and donut were delicious. However, I was disappointed by the dirty men's restroom. I cannot speak to the cleanliness of the kitchen, as the food I have tried so far has been good. Perhaps they need to improve on cleanliness and possibly let go of some staff. This was my first visit to this location, and the staff were friendly and helpful when taking my order.

This restaurant really knows how to make things right. During my visit, I noticed that the staff member working at the sandwich station quickly handled 5 orders in just 5 minutes and even apologized for my wait. They were extremely efficient at their station. The restaurant also has an older cashier who is as sweet as apple cake and an absolute pleasure to interact with.

This tim is a normal tim hortons, but the service is friendly and so fast. I was not sure that the coffee down in the pickup area was mine, it was just that it was so fast after the order. a customer a few minutes later asked if it was really her bagel because it was so fast. the personal greeted everyone when they arrived. so different from a big city tims.

Hi! This Tim Hortons location has improved over the past few years so I'd thought I'd change my rating. The place is clean, the staff are friendly, and there isn't a long wait. Thanks
