Tim Hortons - Collingwood

The person behind the counter dawdled and fiddled with everything there was behind the counter. The wait for giving my order was unnecessary. There was no greeting, no smiles only an attitude that I was putting this person out for being there. When I finally...got my donuts they were handed to me , box not properly assembled and lid wide open. I had to fix this problem myself. If the employee hates their job that much they shouldn’t be there.

The restaurant was dirty. Not one clean table so had to ask for a rag that clean one myself. They did not even come out to clean after I had to request a cloth.

Went in for lunch and decided on the chicken salad on a bun. I sometimes don't hear all that well but this guy repeated the order to me and asked me how I wanted my ham and cheese. No. The chicken salad on a bun...and I said and pointed to the number which I think was either four or five. Got a coffee and the meal deal only to find out they were out of potato wedges, So what are you going to substitute for that I asked. How about a donut. Well the potato wedges are a buck so how about two donuts. The sandwich was very good.

I popped in quickly to use the facilities and to grab a tea while travelling through collingwood to Toronto. The bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I ever seen inside a Tim Hortons or any public bathroom for that matter. I knew something was not...right from the odour the minute I opened the womans door. I reported it to the person working the counter. I will say this lady was not a teenager but a person who responded by saying yes she was aware but they were too busy to clean the bathroom. While waiting for my tea and person came in walked to the bathroom, immediately came out to report the bathroom conditions to which she was told, yes we are aware and we are too busy.

Busy in the morning and no counter staff on, line up to the door. drive through splits the parking lot, once you get in you can't get out as the cars in the drive through block your way. Difficult pulling out of lot going east...due to high volume of traffic. You have to pull out onto the Poplar Side road to get back to Hurontario St. Coffee is good but the service inside the store is very slow. Rush starts at am according to the locals.
